Role Overview:
In this role, you will lead the technical implementation of complex 2D graphics solutions, ensuring fluid animations and responsive interactions across all devices. You will collaborate closely with designers and product managers to translate high-fidelity mockups into efficient, scalable code.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-performance 2D rendering engines using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL (2D Context).
- Optimize rendering pipelines to achieve 60fps animations on mobile and desktop devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Debug complex graphical issues and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in real-time.
- Integrate advanced physics engines and particle systems into web applications.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure visual fidelity and smooth user transitions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a specific focus on 2D graphics.
- Deep expertise in HTML5 Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and CSS3 animations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of mathematics (linear algebra, trigonometry) for rendering logic.
- Experience with WebGL (2D context) and libraries like Pixi.js or Phaser.
