Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum machine learning and generative AI ethics
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for autonomous decision-making in high-stakes environments
- Collaborate with policy think tanks on AI governance frameworks for 2026+ implementation
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
- Architect next-gen neural-symbolic computing systems with 10x efficiency improvements
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and UN AI summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years postdoc experience in quantum computing
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers on neural-symbolic integration or federated learning
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
- Proven track record of securing $1M+ in DARPA/NASA research grants
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and OECD AI principles
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (Loihi, TrueNorth)
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
