Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption and societal impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging threats and opportunities in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish innovation pipelines with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 partners
- Design and deploy predictive analytics models to anticipate market disruptions
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor next-generation futurists and cultivate an innovation-driven culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurism consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial or social innovations
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar program)
