Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototyping frameworks for emerging technologies
- Analyze exponential trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board members with data-driven narratives
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate next-gen startups
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies for future markets
- Organize global innovation summits with industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of commercializing exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets and managing complex R&D portfolios
- Expertise in at least one emerging domain: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Global network of innovation ecosystem connectors (VCs, researchers, policymakers)
