Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological trends and market disruptions to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate and prioritize breakthrough concepts
- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenarios for future market landscapes
- Partner with product teams to translate future visions into actionable roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
- Certification in Futures Research or Innovation Management preferred
