Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts through 2026-2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align on future-proofing initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight data into compelling visualizations and executive recommendations
- Drive adoption of ethical innovation frameworks in high-stakes decision environments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of successful technology commercialization and strategic foresight projects
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or climate engineering
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies including scenario planning and Delphi studies
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA) preferred
