- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in emerging domains
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness across organizations
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry-leading journals and forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation and stakeholder influence skills
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., WEF, SXSW)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation transformations
