Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for new product/service launches
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-facing solutions
- Present trend briefings to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused concepts
- Author thought leadership reports and white papers on disruptive shifts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption signals
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of forecasting tech/societal trends (2020-2025 validation required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong quantitative/qualitative research methodology skills
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or innovation frameworks
