Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for clients preparing for 2026 market shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to develop resilient strategies for disruptive futures
- Produce forward-looking reports and whitepapers on AI, biotech, and quantum computing implications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record developing future-oriented business models for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience facilitating strategic workshops with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
