Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and disruption preparedness
- Author proprietary research reports and thought leadership content
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies
- Advect product development pipelines with future-proof innovation opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or thought leadership
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of at least two future-critical domains (e.g., quantum AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for executives
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
