Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech domains
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Facilitate strategic workshops with stakeholders to translate foresight into product development priorities
- Produce forward-looking scenario models and competitive intelligence frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and analytical frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technology impact assessment and scenario planning
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their business implications
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems and academic circles
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects
