Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation strategy through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Create scenario-based models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business plans
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Produce annual Future State reports with quantitative and qualitative insights
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across product and engineering teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies and societal megatrends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and trend analysis platforms
