What you'll do: Lead horizon-scanning initiatives, develop scenario-planning frameworks, and collaborate with C-suite executives to future-proof our enterprise. You'll spearhead our Innovation Lab initiatives and represent our voice at global foresight conferences.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Architect our 5-year innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global foresight conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Experience building innovation ecosystems in tech-forward companies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
