Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and validate emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop robust scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact business decisions
- Translate foresight insights into actionable innovation strategies and product roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Produce executive-ready trend briefs and strategic foresight reports
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies in corporate or startup environments
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and innovation frameworks
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization skills
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising executive leadership on future-oriented strategy
