- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and trend analysis frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in corporate strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting with future-planning focus
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures journals (portfolio required)
- Experience translating foresight into enterprise-level strategy and product roadmaps
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent professional credentials
