- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making and long-term planning
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready business models
- Quantify future risks/opportunities using proprietary foresight methodologies and predictive analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior futurists while maintaining thought leadership in industry publications
- Integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into all future-forward strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFMP) or related advanced credential
