Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-proof business models and innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings with actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype emerging solutions and validate future market viability
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and disruptive technology assessment
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with data-driven storytelling abilities
- Experience developing long-term strategic frameworks for complex global markets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or similar) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight projects with measurable business impact
