Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data points into strategic foresight narratives
- Design innovation roadmaps that align emerging opportunities with corporate objectives
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 innovation milestones
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
