Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for next-gen product development lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Partner with VC firms to identify and integrate disruptive startups into ecosystem
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author annual 'Future State' reports with scenario planning for 2026-2030
- Mentor innovation teams in human-centered design methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching products based on future trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts
