Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and future scenarios
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing strategies and exponential technology adoption
- Analyze geopolitical, socioeconomic, and technological megatrends to inform R&D priorities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight data into compelling narratives for stakeholder alignment
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging tech integration (AI, quantum, biotech)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend forecasting, and disruption analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFP, CFIP)
