Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year strategic foresight roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios with stakeholders
- Produce high-impact thought leadership content and predictive models
- Design innovation frameworks for clients to adopt exponential technologies
- Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global innovation network
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technology trends and systemic change methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (e.g., HBR, MIT SMR)
