Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology and market foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead C-level strategy workshops for enterprise clients on disruptive innovation pathways
- Author quarterly white papers on future-of-work, metaverse, and quantum computing impacts
- Design cross-functional innovation sprints integrating blockchain, AR/VR, and biotech
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and academic thought leaders
- Present strategic vision to investors at our annual Innovation Summit
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and market disruption
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Track record of scaling innovation initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue impact
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
