As a key member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll collaborate with global Fortune 500 clients to identify paradigm shifts, mitigate existential risks, and capitalize on untapped opportunities. Your work will directly influence trillion-dollar decisions and position organizations as pioneers in their fields.
Responsibilities
- Analyze megatrends (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate resilience) to build 5-year strategic scenarios
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing organizational structures and business models
- Author thought leadership reports published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Design AI-driven trend prediction models using machine learning and NLP
- Advantage C-suite on emerging regulatory landscapes and geopolitical shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, anthropologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- Masters/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in consulting or corporate strategy with futurism methodology expertise
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP Analysis)
- Experience advising C-suite on AI governance and exponential technology adoption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into actionable business strategies
