Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market signals through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients navigating exponential change
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and predictive analytics for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-industry innovation workshops with C-level decision-makers
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with client transformation goals
- Establish quantitative models for measuring future-readiness and competitive advantage
- Represent the firm at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certified Foresight Practitioner (CFP) or equivalent certification
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
