Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through 2026-2030 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients to leverage disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future scenarios into product development
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and Fortune 500 partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience with foresight tools like Delphi methods or horizon scanning
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused strategic projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
