Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients navigating post-quantum computing and AI governance landscapes
- Facilitate cross-industry workshops on future-proofing business models against climate and geopolitical risks
- Author forward-looking whitepapers on human-AI symbiosis and neuro-technology convergence
- Design immersive scenario-planning simulations for Fortune 500 executives
- Advolve on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and digital identity ecosystems
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate next-gen startups in bio-integration and space tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D innovation, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainable development
- Experience with Delphi methodology and cross-cultural foresight assessment
- Strong visualization skills for presenting complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or Foresight Practitioner)
