- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for product development and business strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and execution roadmaps
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership content on emerging technologies and their societal impact
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation effectiveness and ROI
- Represent the company at industry conferences and future-focused summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability trends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published thought leadership
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
