- Collaborate with R&D to translate vision into scalable products
- Anticipate societal shifts and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Drive innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record mapping technology adoption curves
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS) preferred
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-shaping projects
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
