Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration, neurotech applications, and AI-human symbiosis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product development plans
- Build predictive models using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation labs
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders at global tech summits
- Maintain proprietary trend intelligence database with competitive analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial products
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with AI trend analysis tools and predictive modeling platforms
