Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits of machine learning pipelines
- Develop policy recommendations for emerging AI regulations (2026-2030)
- Create bias mitigation protocols for next-gen AI decision engines
- Conduct ethical impact assessments for neuro-technology integrations
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of AI business transformations
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in IEEE Ethically Aligned Design and EU AI Act frameworks
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and neuro-ethical considerations
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals (e.g., Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Proficiency in Python for ethical algorithm auditing
- Certification in AI Risk Management (AIRMA)
