Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market evolution
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and emerging technology implications
- Design and pilot prototype solutions leveraging AI, biotech, and quantum computing intersections
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation initiatives and track ROI against strategic objectives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into scalable business solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience guiding executive-level strategic sessions
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or technology disruption
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in scenario planning tools and frameworks
