Responsibilities

- Develop and integrate future-focused roadmaps across product development, R&D, and corporate strategy
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation investments with long-term vision and societal impact
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for quantum computing, AI governance, and biotech convergence
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions (neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to investors, board members, and global partners
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and exponential technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products with $50M+ market impact
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums (e.g., Singularity Summit, World Economic Forum)
- Strong proficiency in futures research tools (Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience developing ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
