Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight insights into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Establish global partnerships with research institutions and startups to capture disruptive innovations
- Create executive-level foresight reports and innovation metrics to track strategic impact
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies and emerging technology adoption
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for 50+ stakeholders across global offices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience advising C-suite and board members
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or major industry publications
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones with remote collaboration mastery
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ innovation initiatives with $50M+ revenue impact
