As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation division, you'll work with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to navigate technological disruptions and position Horizon Dynamics as an industry leader. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, possesses deep knowledge of exponential technologies, and can articulate complex scenarios with compelling storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 2026-2030 market positioning
- Lead innovation workshops with stakeholders to co-create future-focused solutions
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into roadmaps
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor ecosystems
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and tech innovators
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
