- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Design and prototype futuristic solutions using agile methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups
- Present foresight findings to executive leadership and investor groups
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation preferred
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation case studies
