Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to generate disruptive concepts and solutions
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs for investor and stakeholder audiences
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and economic megatrends impacting long-term business viability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
