Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author forward-looking white papers and predictive models published in top-tier journals
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced trend analysis and systems thinking methodologies
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex future scenarios into compelling narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-impact transformations
