- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation portfolios with long-term futures
- Pioneer predictive modeling frameworks for workforce automation and human augmentation
- Author forward-looking white papers that influence industry standards and policy discussions
- Manage a $2M innovation lab exploring biotech convergence and sustainable technology
- Mentor a team of 5 futurists and data scientists in trend synthesis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful client transformations using futures frameworks
