Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Collaborate with C-suite to translate future insights into strategic priorities
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and guide investment decisions
- Oversee cross-functional innovation sprints and prototyping initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and disruptors
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published author or speaker at futurism conferences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
