Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to map 2026 strategic pathways
- Develop scenario-based foresight models for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Design and execute strategic roadmaps aligning R&D investments with long-term market evolution
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and industry disruptors
- Monitor and evaluate emerging risks and opportunities across geopolitical and technological domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous, future-focused initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (required)
