- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefs on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for emerging tech scouting
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies to identify market inflection points
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders with data-backed strategic recommendations
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategy, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
