Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/social trends and develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Produce forward-looking scenario plans and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Develop predictive analytics models for market evolution and adoption curves
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and trend synthesis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist research roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
