Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future visions into product roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation metrics to track progress toward 2026 milestones
- Curate emerging technology ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and industry disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Strong background in developing strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
