Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ strategic vision aligned with market evolution and technological disruption
- Identify and analyze emerging trends across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech to inform R&D priorities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough solutions
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams in human-centered design and rapid prot methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, Web3, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (preferred)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (desirable)
