Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends to forecast future opportunities and threats through 2026+
- Develop and communicate comprehensive strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in ideating, prototyping, and launching breakthrough initiatives with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with corporate vision and market positioning
- Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Present future-focused insights to stakeholders, investors, and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation leadership, or futurist roles within tech-forward organizations
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights
- Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams through ambiguous challenges and rapid change
- Published thought leadership or speaking engagements at global innovation forums (e.g., CES, Davos, SXSW)
