Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across technology, economics, and social paradigms
- Develop strategic roadmaps translating future scenarios into actionable business initiatives
- Champion innovation culture through design thinking workshops and future scenario planning
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness metrics
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor leadership team in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML tools for trend forecasting and pattern recognition
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams through transformation
