Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefings on emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Champion a culture of innovation through workshops, thought leadership, and talent development
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proof principles into roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Measure and communicate the ROI of innovation initiatives through KPIs and impact metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
- Deep understanding of global socio-technical megatrends
