- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global megatrends to develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and scale disruptive solutions aligned with future market demands
- Develop scenario-planning models to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities through 2030
- Champion a culture of innovation by mentoring teams on future-proofing methodologies and agile adaptation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate future-focused technologies into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain an external ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or C-suite leadership with 2026+ vision experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable plans
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, Strategic Foresight)
