Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal shifts to forecast industry disruptions through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and innovation catalysts
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for stakeholders
- Champion innovation culture by identifying and nurturing disruptive opportunities
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing roadmaps and R&D priorities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) highly valued
