Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning aligned with 2026+ forecasts
- Lead interdisciplinary workshops to ideate future-proof solutions for client challenges
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their market implications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' impact on long-term growth
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (portfolio required)
